The Ford ASSET program is the only program with a paid internship allowing you to earn while you learn.
Students alternate for six to eight weeks in the classroom and six to eight weeks with their sponsoring Ford or Lincoln dealer over a two year period.
At the end of the two years, they earn an Associate’s Degree and valuable in dealer experience.
Students participate in a paid co-op while enrolled in the program and will alternate between classroom and dealer experience throughout.
The ASSET program provides a competitive advantage for those looking for a career with a Ford or Lincoln Dealer.
This elite program is a partnership offered at select community colleges and technical schools across the nation.
